I just got eMail2Pop and installed the software. My first attempt at using it was unsuccessful. I then posted a question in the support forum and seriously within one half hour, I had a response. Now that is fast customer service. I was then told to contact the LIVE Online Help and was walked throught custom setup and the software now works GREAT! I can now use my Outlook to send and receive email for all of my accounts. A great convenience! I give a 10 to the customer service and 10 to the operation of the software. This is great and I am recommending it to all of my friends and co-workers. --Beefyone |

eMail2Pop Recommended System Requirements
- 500 Mhz Processor (Pentium III equivalent or better)
- 32MB RAM
- Spam Filtering: 1 Ghz Processor, 256MB Ram
- 10MB disk space
- Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, Server 2003

New User Installation Instructions:
- Download eMail2Pop Full Installation by clicking on the Download Now link next to eMail2Pop Full Installation.
- When prompted by your web browser, save eMail2PopSetup.exe to any directory on your hard disk, or select Run from Current Location to discard the installation file after installation.
- Once the download is complete, run eMail2PopSetup.exe from the location where you saved the file.
- Follow the on screen instructions to install eMail2Pop. Restart your computer when prompted.
- When eMail2Pop loads up, you should see the eMail2Pop Wizard with step-by-step instructions which will assist you in setting up your mail client. Also check out the eMail2Pop Help File for detailed setup information and information on how to use eMail2Pop's advanced mail features.

Upgrade Instructions (for previous versions of eMail2Pop):
- Shutdown eMail2Pop and make sure that eMail2Pop is not running.
- Click on the Download Now link for the full eMail2Pop installation
- When prompted by your web browser, save the eMail2Pop installer and run it after it is downloaded.
- The installer will upgrade your version of eMail2Pop.
