I just got eMail2Pop and installed the software. My first attempt at using it was unsuccessful. I then posted a question in the support forum and seriously within one half hour, I had a response. Now that is fast customer service. I was then told to contact the LIVE Online Help and was walked throught custom setup and the software now works GREAT! I can now use my Outlook to send and receive email for all of my accounts. A great convenience! I give a 10 to the customer service and 10 to the operation of the software. This is great and I am recommending it to all of my friends and co-workers.
